Garden

Here is the update on our veggie garden! Today, I planted one third of a row of onions, a row of spinach and started my pepper and tomato seeds inside! It is exciting to get it going! I'm going to be posting our progress mostly to keep track of it myself!

Okay, I'm jealous. You have grass and dirt? I live in Michigan and all we have is snow...so much snow!

Oh, you're going to get me started! I live in Southern California so I can probably plant anytime... The problem is we're renting now so I can't really go to digging. I'll have to look into a container garden this year... hmmmm, now you got me thinking!

I wanted to have a veggie garden last summer but never got around to doing it. Maybe this year will be the year.

I've started some herbs and I've planted some lettuce in pots outdoors. I'm still waiting for my garden plot to be broken up and tilled. As of yet, the garden is non-existent. Every year about this time, I get the gardening fever, no matter how poorly my plants did the year before! I can always hope!

Isn't it true that even in light of past gardening "failures", I'm always ready to start again. I've been praying for our garden more this year and even as I planted and am hoping for some encouragement in this area!

I'm jealous too! I live in NH and there is some snow but the big problem up here this winter is the cold. -9today! It's even too cold to start things indoors and put them by the window. Have fun, I'll be waiting for them to break ground.
